Proposals shall include qualifications, relevant experience, project timeline and milestones, cost breakdown (The project is being funded by LSA, so all labor requirements including Prevailing Wage to be included), and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations is required. Bid documents will be provided free of charge in PDF format and made available electronically via email request to Peter Schneck at [email protected], at Alvin H. Butz, Inc. Bidding Documents MUST be secured and registered directly from the Construction Manager to be considered as a qualified bidder. Documents will be made available Wednesday, May 27th, 2026. Addenda and any other additional information will be emailed only to those bidders who have registered with the Construction Manager directly, as it becomes available. The architect retains all copyright to the bid documents, as instruments of their professional services. Bidders, or any other persons, may not use the Project Document files for any purpose other than preparing a bid for this project. All questions or requests for substitution related to the bid should be submitted via email to Peter Schneck at [email protected], at Alvin H. Butz, Inc. Bidders are not to contact the owner and design firms with questions. All questions must be submitted by Monday, June 8, 2026 at close of business. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Base bid may be held for a period not to exceed Forty-Five (45) days before awarding contracts. The successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum with an approved surety company and said bond shall remain in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year after the date of final acceptance of work.
