NOTICE OF 30-DAY FILING NOTICE OF 30-DAY FILING On or about June 15, 2026, Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (“NIPSCO”) will submit to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval under its 30-Day Filing procedures, 170 IAC 1-6-1, et seq. a revised Rider 373 – Universal Service Program (USP) Rider in NIPSCO’s IURC Gas Service Tariff, Original Volume No. 10. The referenced filing will consist of NIPSCO’s proposed revision to Rider 373 to revise the terms of its Hardship program to provide that a Hardship Customer that qualifies as a Senior Citizen under subpart (b) will receive a grant not to exceed the customer’s past due or current bill, to allow a Senior Citizen to take advantage of the assistance without having a past due bill. A decision on the 30-Day Filing is anticipated at least thirty days after the June 15, 2026 filing date.
