Case No. CL26-231 ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of James City, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of James City, Virginia, described as follows: Tax Map No. 0910100024B Account No. 31492 All that certain lot or parcel of land in the Stonehouse District of James City County, Virginia, shown and designated as "Parcel 2, 1.653 Acres" on a plat of subdivision entitled, "Boundary Line Adjustment and Boundary Line Extinguishment on Property being Presque Isle Containing 10.3 +- Acres Located on Hicks Island Located in Stonehouse District, James City County, Virginia" which plat is dated April 28, 2005, last revised on July 31, 2007, was made by Dean E. Raynes, Land Surveyor, and a copy of which is recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Williamsburg and County of James City as Plat Instrument No. 080002397. Together with a perpetual, non-exclusive easement of right of way in common with others for ingress and egress to State Highway Route 601, over and across the area shown and designated as "50' R/W for Ingress and Egress" and "Permanent Easement" as shown on a plat entitled, "Easement Agreement on Various Parcels Located in Stonehouse District, James City County, Virginia", which plat is dated March 30, 2010, revised November 3, 2010, was made by Dean E. Caudill Appointive Trust w/a dated May 15, 1997, by Deed of Distribution dated February 9, 2021, and recorded February 26, 2021 in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of James City County, Virginia, as Instrument Number 210003695. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Instrument Number 080002397, and Instrument Number 110010619.
